Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Product Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final once access is granted. If you experience technical issues, contact support within 7 days.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical issues: If the Service was inaccessible or non-functional and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period.
  • Billing errors: If an error on our end resulted in an incorrect charge.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@hvacheroapp.com within 7 days of the charge. Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
